What is the application process?

Applying for one of our available spaces is simple! Just click “Join Us” at the top of the website and share a little basic information to get started.

If your initial information looks like a good fit, we’ll invite you to an in-person showing so you can experience the community and home firsthand. After your visit, you’ll complete our easy application form.

As part of the process, the business owner will go through a quick background screening that includes criminal, credit, and eviction history.
